How do I make an order? Orders are made by contacting our Dubai based design specialist that will guide you from the realization of your idea to the final product. Please fill out the form below and we will get back to you right away.
How long does a custom order take? From the time you approve your artwork and place your order our leadtime is 5-6 weeks. It is important to note that design, sizing and sometimes payment can hold up your ability to place an order, so keep these in mind when planning your delivery.
If you do have a DEADLINE please let us know as soon as possible so you can meet that time.
How does the ordering process work? We finalize the design and send the files to Champion System for proofing. Once the factory has the design print ready, we specify the sizes, quantity and model.
I have a design in mind but need it made ready for production? No problem, after consultation with our in-house designer and approval by the Champion System production office, your order is ready to go!
I don't have any design ideas, can you help? Of course! Just schedule a consultation with our designer and together we can reach a solution that will best represent you or your team.
Do I need to make a deposit? Yes, there is a necessary 50% deposit before making the final order request to the production office, followed by the full payment upon the items arrival.
Does each member of the team pay separately or is it all in one bill? We make one Invoice for all of the items that are produced in one unique design.
What size should I get? Champion System offers a range of sizes from XS to 4XL. You can use the charts provided as a reference but we also encourage you to come to our office on Sheik Zayed Road and try out the samples we have in store.
What model should I choose? When it comes to choosing the model, the best answer to that question is establishing what you will be using the kit for. Champion System's range covers apparel suited for events and training and fully professional racing kits.
